3. Refund & Returns Policy
Returns Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or require a different size. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@shopcordora.com.
Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
